Why don’t you paint it after? I know it’s just going to rub off but it looks so much better.

Also, we have AR500 steel wrapped around our hydraulic press with a mini camera up in the corners so we can watch what's happening without being exposed. Have to love OSHA in the states

Is it just me or did the shin guard pins pop out way to easily? I was settling in for a 40 minute video of him smacking the pins. Well at least that's what happens when I have to pop them out here in the northwest of the United States.

Hi Loving your videos! Learning so much from your videos. Why when turning on the lathe is the coolant not applied all the time? Is it dependent of the type of cutting shank used? Many thanks, Rory from the UK

Should cut the part in a zigzag to make it bond better once it is rewelded. So it wont crack along the weld.

I love your work, amazing skill. I worked in forestry, chopper rollers, brackie ploughs etc. (That we always managed to break) Only out of interest and only when you can. Can you give an idea of how much this kind of work costs and the rough hours for your big jobs ? I know in our industry we played with some expensive machines and the parts and repairs were horrendous at times.
